If you are a host, Bolt Travel may require identity verification information (such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) or other authentication information, your date of birth, your address, email address, phone number and other information in order to verify your identity and to comply with applicable law.

  • Payment Information. To use certain features of Bolt Travel’s website (such as booking or list a property), we may require you to provide certain financial information (like your bank account or email address of your PayPal account) in order to facilitate the processing of payments through Bolt Travel.
  • Communications with Bolt Travel and other Members. When you communicate with Bolt Travel or use the Bolt Travel’s website to communicate with other users, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.

  • Suppliers, including but not limited to hotel, transfer, car rental, or activity providers, or vacation rental managers or owners who fulfil your travel reservations. Throughout Bolt Travel, all products and services provided by third-party suppliers are described as such. Information that we share with suppliers to facilitate reservations will be treated according to applicable suppliers’ privacy policies, except for payment information. We share payment information only when it is necessary for travel reservations made on Bolt Travel and we restrict suppliers’ use of payment information for these purposes. Please note that these suppliers also may contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about you or your travel plans, to facilitate your travel reservations, or for other purposes consistent with the practices described in their privacy policies and terms and conditions.
  • Third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including business analytics, payment processing, customer service, marketing, public relations, distribution of surveys or sweepstakes programs and fraud prevention. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including, for example, as necessary to operate features of our website or to facilitate the delivery of online advertising tailored to your interests. Third-party vendors have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
