Location of the Apartment

Soukki Town Centre Suites 2 – Studio Apartment is a luxury contemporary suite located in the centre of Split just a minute walk away from the Diocletian’s Palace and the old town centre.

Across the street, there is a lovely nearby park called Đardin where you can, in the hot summer days, sit and relax under the shade while reading a book, refreshing yourself at the nearby water spring or buying a souvenir at the local antique flea market located next to the park.

From the park, you can see the Golden Gate of the Diocletian’s Palace which presents the northern entrance of the palace and the statue of Gregory Nin made by the famous Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović. Before entering the palace, try rubbing on the big toe of Gregory Nin and making a wish because it is told to bring good luck.

When you have entered the palace, feel the history as you are walking through the ancient stone-paved streets, visiting the many historical attractions that are within the Palace and old town centre such as the Cathedral of St. Domnius, Peristyle and the Substructures of the Diocletian’s Palace which are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

After walking through the old town centre, there is Riva, the promenade, with many cafes and restaurants where you can sit down, enjoy drinking coffee, watching the lovely view of the harbour and try blending with the locals. In the morning, visit the local green market called Pazar which is situated right next to the Diocletian’s Palace where you can try fresh locally grown fruit and vegetables.

Just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, there is the most popular beach in Split, Bačvice. It is a sandy beach filled with many restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Also, in the evening, experience the busy nightlife that Split has to offer, from listening to live music on the open-air to bopping to the rhythm and beat of the most popular disco and nightclubs in the city.

Soukki Town Centre Suites 2 – Studio Apartment is a studio apartment which is 21 m2 big and can accommodate 2 people. It is located in the centre of Split in a residential building on the third floor.

The apartment has an open-floor kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen comes with a stove-top, mini-fridge, kettle and all the needed utensils (e.g. pots, pans) and cutleries (e.g. forks, knives and spoons). The dining area comes with a dining table and two chairs while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Across the kitchen and dining area, there is a TV and a double bed, which can be easily converted into two single beds depending on your wishes. Also, through the windows, you can see picturesque views of the neighbourhood, nearby park Đardin and the bell tower of the Cathedral of Saint Domnius (Sv. Duje) peeking out of the trees.

The apartment has a sophisticated lock system operated by a key card to ensure your safety and the safety of your belongings.

Soukki Town Centre Suites 2 – Studio Apartment is situated in the centre of Split just a minute walk away from the Diocletian’s Palace and the old town centre. It is not necessary to have a car when coming to the apartment. All the buses, trains and ferries are close by so you can reach any part of the city in no time. However, if you are travelling by car, the apartment does not have its own parking space. Near the apartment, about 50 metres, there is a paid parking space and not far from that, there are a few street parking spaces.

• The suite has a sophisticated lock system on the entrance of the suite which is operated by a key card to ensure your safety and the safety of your belongings. When you arrive at the apartment, the owner will provide you with a key card.
• Present a valid government ID upon check-in: A mandatory law in Croatia requires every guest to present a valid government ID upon check-in (e.g. government-issued ID cards, passports, driver’s licences, etc.) so that the owner can register you as guests to the Croatian Tourist Board.

Guest Interactions

After you have booked the suite, we will provide you with the contact information of the owner of the suite, so you could talk with the owner about your check-in. The owner will meet you at the suite to give you a key card for the lock system at the entrance of the suite.
